Traditionally used topically (diluted) to support skin and wound healing and internally to support the natural processes of the Digestive and Respiratory tracts.
Ingredients: Plantain Leaf & Root (Plantago major), Distilled water, Alcohol.
Suggested use: Internal use-Take 10-15 drops in water up to 3 times daily. External use-Dilute 10-20 drops in water or oil of your choice and apply to affected area(s) up to 3 times daily.
