Traditonally used to support the body's natural ability to calm the nervous system.
Ingredients: Passion Flower (Passiflora), Blue vervain (Verbena hastata), lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Lavender flower (Lavendula), Distilled water, Alcohol.
Suggested use: 5-10 Drops in water as needed, up to 4 times daily. It is always recommended to start with a very low dose such as 5 drops, when using tinctures to assess how your body responds. If you respond well, you can advance to the recommended dosage.
Always perform a patch test on the skin for 24 hours prior to use, to determine if a reaction occurs. If a reaction occurs, do not use. Please read the disclaimer on this website.
