Kidney Support blend has been traditionally used to help the body's natural fluid balance and cleansing processes.

Ingredients: Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica), Cleavers herb (galium aparine), Cilantro (Coriandrum sativum), Dandelion leaf (Traxacum officinal), Juniper Berries (Juniperus communis).

Directions: Powder or grind 1 tsp of the herb and place it in 8-12 oz of water. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Let it sit to cool, strain and enjoy. Use up to twice daily.
