I’m a Rregistered Nurse, Herbalist and Certified Natural Health Practitioner. I’ve spent years studying herbs and their traditional uses, and I’m passionate about using what I've learned--and experienced myself--to help others find the right botanical remedies to support healing, overall health, and symptom management.

Every ingredient is chosen with care. The herbs used in my products are organic, grown in my garden, naturally sourced free of pesticides and contaminants, or responsibly wild-harvested/wild-crafted.
Offerings: tinctures, teas, salves, and balms. I also create decorative teapot displays for a touch of botanical beauty at home.
